DIGI CREATIVHEADS LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Level8.in and is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund and cancellation process for all users of our workshops, course materials, and bootcamps.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Workshops & Bootcamps:

    • Cancellations are accepted within 7 days of registration or up to 48 hours before the scheduled start, whichever comes first.

    • To cancel, please email [email protected] with your registration details.

  • Course Materials:

    • Orders for digital course materials cannot be cancelled once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.

  • No-Shows:

    • Failure to attend a scheduled workshop or bootcamp without prior notice will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Workshops & Bootcamps:

    • Full refunds are issued for cancellations made within the allowed period (see above).

    • If a participant is dissatisfied after attending the first session, a refund request may be submitted within 24 hours of the session; the refund will be processed after reviewing the request and deducting any applicable administrative fees.

    • No refunds will be processed for requests made after the program has commenced beyond the first session.

  • Course Materials:

    • Refunds are not available for digital course materials once accessed or downloaded, except in cases where technical issues prevent access and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Event Cancellations by Us:

    • If a workshop or bootcamp is cancelled by Level8.in due to unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability), a 100% refund will be issued to all registered participants.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with proof of payment and registration details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Any physical materials provided must be returned in original condition before the refund is issued, if applicable.

4. Exceptions

  • No refunds are provided for registrations made by mistake or for promotional/discounted offerings unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds are not available once a course or bootcamp is completed or a certificate of completion has been issued.
